How Kling30 works

Create a Kling 3.0 video step by step.

Choose a starting point, describe the motion clearly, review the credit estimate, and submit. Generation continues in the background, so you can return to your video library later.

  1. 01

    Choose text-to-video or image-to-video

Use text-to-video to explore a scene from scratch. Use image-to-video when you already have a subject, product image, illustration, or composition that should guide the result.

  2. 02

    Write a production-ready prompt

Name the subject, action, environment, camera behavior, lighting, and mood. For multi-shot video, describe each shot in order. Keep conflicting instructions out of the same prompt.

Example structureSubject + action + setting + camera movement + lighting + sound
  3. 03

    Select duration, format, and audio

Choose an aspect ratio for the final destination: 16:9 for landscape, 9:16 for vertical social video, or 1:1 for a square composition. Longer duration, higher resolution, Pro mode, and audio may increase the credit estimate.

  4. 04

    Review and submit

Kling30 shows the estimated cost before submission. Those credits are reserved while the task is processing—they are not immediately and permanently deducted.

  5. 05

    Track the result

A successful task captures the reserved credits and stores the completed output. A failed task releases the reservation. You can monitor both the task and credit history from My Videos.

Before submitting

  • Use a clear subject and action.
  • Match the aspect ratio to the destination.
  • Check that uploaded images are sharp and relevant.
  • Review the credit estimate.

If generation fails

Your reserved credits should be released automatically. Check the task status and credit ledger. If the task remains stuck, retry only after the previous request reaches a final state.
